If you are planning on arriving early or staying after the event dates (Sept. 1 ~ Sept. 8) and would like assistance with accommodation, please contact ioi2018@jtbcom.co.jp. They will assist you by reserving 1 extra day of stay on August 31st and/or September 8th, including transportation from Narita, Haneda, and Ibaraki airports on August 31st and on the check-out day, September 9th.
The cost for each person is 10,000 yen per night, and the payment should be made directly to the hotel at check-in.
For longer stays, please make your own travel arrangements.
